Energy Infrastructures is Israel’s national infrastructure company for the petroleum and energy sector
Through advanced infrastructures and a broad operational system, the company provides critical infrastructure services to the energy market’s strategic bodies, including: the refineries, fuel companies, electricity-generating power stations, the defense establishment, airports and additional government bodies.
Energy Infrastructures Ltd., operates a wholly-owned subsidiary, Oil Products Pipeline Ltd. (KMD) and is responsible for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of the extensive pipeline network for petroleum distillate transmission.
The company’s infrastructure system is interconnected to Israel’s existing and future power plants, enabling fuel transmission both routinely and in emergencies. Thus, the company’s infrastructure serves as a central component of Israel’s energy resilience ensuring the supply of alternative fuels to the electricity sector in the event of a disruption or failure in the supply of natural gas.
To prepare for the coming decades, Energy Infrastructures Ltd., is developing the next generation of Israel’s national energy infrastructure. This forward-looking strategy ensures energy security, operational continuity, and the ability to meet the sector’s evolving needs, both in routine operations and in emergencies. Alongside strengthening and expanding its traditional core infrastructures, the company is also advancing future energy sectors. including energy storage through renewable green hydrogen and alternative and innovative technologies which constitute a central component in the company’s vision and in its development in the coming years.

These projects mark a significant milestone in the company’s commercial and strategic development, and will strengthen its readiness to meet the country’s continued supply of future energy needs. These steps are designed to strengthen the country’s energy backbone, ensure stable, long-term energy supply and establish an advanced, flexible and sustainable national infrastructure.
In August 2020, the company issued ILS. 350m par value A Series Bonds, through a private placement to institutional investors.
The principal and interest of the bonds are linked to the Consumer Price Index. The A Series Bonds are repayable in 36 half-yearly instalments from 30th June, 2023, until 31st December, 2040.
In September, 2024, the company completed its initial public offering of B Series Bond which were offered to the public pursuant to the prospectus in exchange for a total of ILS. 500m.
Following the successful listing of the company’s B Series Bonds at the stock exchange, according to the aforementioned prospectus, the company became a reporting corporation as defined under the Securities Law.
The principal and interest of these bonds will also be linked to the Consumer Price Index.
The B Series Bond principal is repayable in 50 half-yearly instalments, from 30th June, 2026 until 31st December, 2050.
Since the date of issuance, the company’s rating and the A and B Series Bonds have been stable at Aaa.il.
